Microneedling uses 12 needles oscillating at high speeds to create these micro-perforations, reaching about 0.5mm into the skin, while Nano-needling uses 81 microscopic tips and only affects the epidermis up to 0.15mm.

A: Several serums are used with TCM Microneedling, each with specific benefits.
