Medical Microneedling in Miami

Regenerative Skin Therapy at Treehouse Acupuncture

At Treehouse Acupuncture, every microneedling treatment is performed by a Florida-licensed Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with advanced training in facial acupuncture for rejuvenation, dermal physiology, and regenerative healing.

This is precision-based collagen induction therapy grounded in clinical anatomy and whole-body assessment. Each treatment is customized with precise depth control to stimulate collagen and elastin production, refine pores, soften fine lines, improve acne scars, and restore skin firmness.

Your skin is assessed within the context of circulation, inflammation, hormonal balance, and nervous system tone — factors that directly influence collagen regeneration and long-term results.

This is medical microneedling delivered with anatomical precision and holistic intelligence.

A Regenerative Approach to Skin Rejuvenation

Collagen production depends on circulation, nutrient delivery, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation. Skin reflects systemic health.

Each microneedling session is guided by evaluation of:

  • Microcirculation and blood quality
  • Inflammatory patterns
  • Hormonal influences
  • Digestive strength and nutrient assimilation
  • Stress physiology

By supporting the internal terrain, the skin responds with greater elasticity, tone, and resilience.

Clinical Precision and Depth Control

Effective microneedling requires accurate depth selection and an understanding of dermal architecture. Needle depth is customized by facial region and skin thickness. Areas of scarring, laxity, and fine lines are treated with calibrated intensity that stimulates collagen remodeling while preserving barrier integrity.

This level of anatomical precision ensures safe, effective medical microneedling for acne scars, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and stretch marks.

Barrier-Conscious, Collagen-Focused

Regenerative skin therapy requires controlled stimulation. Excessive inflammation compromises long-term results.

Treatments are designed to:

  • Stimulate collagen and elastin synthesis
  • Improve skin texture and pore refinement
  • Remodel scar tissue
  • Enhance lymphatic drainage
  • Strengthen dermal structure

The result is luminous, structurally supported skin with sustained improvement over time.

Integrated Facial Rejuvenation Medicine

With advanced training in facial acupuncture and cosmetic acupuncture, Dr. Christina approaches microneedling within a broader regenerative framework. Acupuncture, herbal support, and nutrition may be incorporated to optimize collagen production and tissue repair. Patients seeking medical microneedling in Miami benefit from an integrative strategy that aligns dermatologic technique with systemic healing principles.

A Restorative Clinical Environment

Treatments are performed in a calm, focused setting that supports parasympathetic activation and optimal healing. Time is allocated for assessment, precision work, and post-treatment guidance. Skin rejuvenation responds best to intention, expertise, and physiological respect.

FAQs

Q: What is Acu - Microneedling and how does it work?

A: Microneedling at Treehouse Acupuncture is performed using a device made by AcuMicro TCM and serums that are custom-made with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbs.  The AcuMicro TCM device has tiny needles that create micro-perforations in the skin, enhancing the absorption of topical serums. It's based on traditional Chinese medicine principles and aims to rejuvenate the skin. The process can increase product absorption by up to 3,000%. Microneedling uses 12 needles oscillating at high speeds to create these micro-perforations, reaching about 0.5mm into the skin, while Nano-needling uses 81 microscopic tips and only affects the epidermis up to 0.15mm.

Q: What serums are used with Acu - Microneedling?

A: Several serums are used with TCM Microneedling, each with specific benefits. These include APSTEM (Apple Stem Cells) to promote facial cell reproduction, COLLAGENXG+ (Shiitake Mushroom) as a natural collagen and elastin builder, SENESCENCE65+ (Asparagus) to help cells regain their growth and division abilities, REJUV (Gotu Kola) to speed up facial repair post-microneedling, ELASTIN FL+ (Poria Mushroom) for collagen and elastin building and oily skin, OCULUS (Sea Algae) to help clear bilirubin and fluid buildup around the eyes, and LUMOS BRIGHTEN® (Sea Algae) to clear melanin pigmentation. These serums are often diluted with Hyaluronic Acid, Vegetable Glycerin, or Reverse Osmosis Water.

Q: What is the difference between Microneedling and NanoNeedling?

A: Both Microneedling and NanoNeedling use a device with tips that create micro-channels in the skin. However, Microneedling uses 12 needles that penetrate deeper (around 0.5mm) and can treat deeper skin conditions like melasma and age spots. It's recommended to be performed by licensed professionals. NanoNeedling uses 81 microscopic tips that only affect the epidermis (up to 0.15mm), making it suitable for thinner or sensitive skin and gentler treatments. NanoNeedling can be done more frequently, even weekly, while Microneedling is typically done once a month.

Q: What is the aftercare for Microneedling?

A: After Microneedling, redness is common and can last 8-12 hours; aloe vera can help reduce it. It's important to avoid exercise, facial soap, and sun exposure on the day of the treatment. Hyaluronic acid should be used to keep the skin hydrated. Makeup should also be avoided on the treatment day. Normal facial routines can be resumed the next day. Results are typically seen within two weeks, and another Microneedling treatment should wait one month, although NanoNeedling can be done weekly.
